how to prepare for the CSCP certification exam

  1. Plan your approach to studying for the Exam. There are 2 options available to you:
    Option 1:
    Attend an instructor-led class sponsored by APICS Twin Cities Chapter (see class options & registration details below)  Class fees include the CSCP Learning System

    Option 2:

    Purchase the CSCP Learning System (includes books & 1-year license for online study tools) and self-study (see self-study order form here)

  2. Apply for Eligibility to Take the CSCP Exam (prerequisites for taking the exam include:)  Click to apply for eligiblity.
    - 3 years of related business experience OR
    - Bachelor's degree or international equivalent OR
    - One of the following: CTL, CLTD, CPIM, CFPIM, CIRM, SCOR-P, C.P.M., CSM, or CPSM credential.

  3. Purchase the Exam Credit and Schedule Your CSCP Exam at local testing center or proctored from your home or office.

The Twin Cities Chapter offers local, instructor-led review courses starting 2 to 3 times/year to help you prepare for the exam.  Current Course Details are included on the following Registration Form and listed at the bottom of this page. 
In general classes start in the Fall, Winter, and Spring/Summer. Schedules are based on demand.

Please note there there are deep discounts available for ASCM/APICS Members and for bundling the study program with the exam credit into one purchase.  Member and Nonmember prices are available. Call the Chapter Office with questions.

CSCP Certification Review

Wednesday evenings, 5-9pm, 2/10/21 thru 4/14/21, 10 weeks, Registration Deadline: 1/25/21

To register after the posted 'Registration Deadline,' please call us at 763-413-2513.  Late registrations will be accepted on a "space available" basis and will be subject to a $45 LATE FEE. 

If no classes are posted, please contact the Chapter Office (763-413-2513 or [email protected]) to be added to the waiting list for class participation.  You will be notified when the next class is scheduled.

CSCP Certification Review Course Cancellation Policy:
Written withdrawal is required no later than the final registration deadline. Tuition, less the cost of any materials ordered, and a $50/class cancellation fee, will be refunded. Failure to attend does not qualify as a withdrawal.
There are no refunds after the final registration deadline and no transfer of funds to future terms.
CSCP Certification Review Course Re-Take Policy:
Students who have taken a Twin Cities Chapter CSCP Certification Review Course within the last 2 years may register to re-take the class for a fee of $500-members, $600-nonmembers.  A current CSCP Learning System (at student’s expense) is required.
Session Re-take Policy:
Students who have taken a Twin Cities Chapter CPIM or CSCP Certification Review Course within the last 2 years may audit a session of the same course for free one time.  Students are required to notify the Chapter 48 hours ahead of the session they plan to attend.  Students may audit up to a maximum of 3 sessions of a specific evening course or one session of a daytime course.
